Mail-In Orders If you prefer to send your order in by mail (Mail-In Order Form PDF Download), please note the following:
- All checks and money orders will be subject to a 10 business day hold time.
- All required information on the order form must be filled out correctly and completely. Mail-in orders that have incomplete and/or incorrect order forms may be subject to cancellation.
- Do not send cash as a form of payment. Any such orders with cash payment will be refused. Harriscos LLC is not responsible for money lost in the mail.
- International orders cannot be placed via mail-in order form.
Sales TaxThere is no sales tax associated with any order placed with Harriscos LLC. Do not include any form of sales tax contributions on your mail-in order form. Any order that has sales tax contributions added to it will be cancelled.
Order Status The status of your order can be obtained by logging into your Harriscos LLC account and then clicking the “View Order Status” link.
If you have not setup a Harriscos LLC account, you can do so at any time. Please ensure you use the same email address you used when you placed your order. Once your account is created, simply follow the steps above to view the status of your order.

Order Notifications Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you supplied. Included in this email will be your order number, order details, billing and/or shipping address, etc. You will also receive email notifications when we ship your order, cancel an order, issue a refund, and/or for other reasons regarding the status of your order. If you do not receive email notifications from us regarding your order, there may be issues with your email address, spam filtering, or other potential issues with the order itself. Order Changes & CancellationsIf for some reason you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
Order Content Changes: Changes cannot be made to your orders contents once you have placed the order. If you need to change the contents of your order, we will cancel your order and a new order will need to be placed for the correct items.
Order Cancellations: Once we have shipped your order, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has already shipped and you no longer need the items, you will need to return the order in accordance to our “Returns Policy”.
Address Changes: Any address changes made to FedEx shipments will be subject to a $12 address change fee. It is not guaranteed that an address change can be made in time before delivery is made. Address changes can also drastically effect the estimated delivery date of your order.
USPS shipments cannot have their delivery addresses changed mid shipment.
Back OrdersIf your order exceeds our stock level, we will contact you before back ordering the item/items. You will have the option to either cancel the back ordered items or wait for them to arrive back in-stock. Back orders are typically filled within 2 weeks. Defective ProductsEvery product we sell goes through inspection prior to being shipped. Despite our efforts to ensure that the products you receive are without faults, some may slip through the cracks or get damaged in shipment.
Claims for defective products must be made to Harriscos LLC within 30 days of delivery. All claims for defective products are treated on a case by case basis. Refunds for the original item price, shipping charges, and/or handling charges are made accordingly to the outcome of each case.

Please ensure your item meets our “Return Item Eligibility” requirements prior to submitting a return.
These requirements must be met in order to receive a refund of the original item purchase price.
Please Note: Certain items such as/but not limited to: bulk chain, specified lifting & rigging components, and special order items are NOT eligible for returns and/or refunds due to the nature of these items. If any of these items are returned without authorization, they will NOT be refunded. We will, however, offer to return the product to the buyer. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and handling fees. All products ineligible for return have a returns disclaimer in the product listing.

Return Item Eligibility
- Returned items must be new and unused in original condition.

2. Include a copy of the original packing slip and/or paperwork in with your order so that we can easily process your return when it arrives back to our fulfillment center.

4. Choose a carrier for your return that will insure you for the value of the returned merchandise. In addition, you should obtain a valid tracking number from the carrier so you can track your return.
