Product Description
Ratchet chain binders are designed to tighten chain by means of a cam operated ratchet pawl system. Our ratchet chain binders feature a forged steel handle and forged eye grab hook type ends that allow for quick and easy attachment to your chain. All of our ratchet chain binders meet both DOT & FMCSA specifications and include the required WLL (Working Load Limit) ratings and compatible chain size markings stamped in the handle for easy identification. The DFX Dura-Fold series binders from Durabilt™ feature a folding handle with push button lock. A 3-position pawl allows for rapid adjustment in both take-up and extension modes, with a neutral "free spin" setting. The ratchet gear housing is fully enclosed for a longer work life. These ratchet chain binders have a WLL (Working Load Limit) of 8,800 lbs. and are for use with 5/16” – 3/8” size chain.
